Peter Nasielski won the Central Saint Martins’ sustainable design competition, supported by Lenovo and Stella McCartney with his innovative eyewear design. The winning eyewear piece Nasielski innovated was made from regenerative algae seaweed. He mimicked the natural algae formations using coding algorithms with the technology by Lenovo called Lenovo Yoga 9i. As an award, he was given a three-month internship at Stella McCartney to any department of his choice plus an internship at Lenovo's headquarters.
Regardless of industries, sustainable retail is now more vital than ever. Fashion, technology, with eco-conscious design at the core, Peter created a project inspired by regenerative farming practices using bioplastic material.
