Background

IKEA, a global retailer in home furnishing products, acted on sustainable retail design on physical products and their features. Their example of a sustainable product is the ÅBÄKEN mist nozzle for mixer tap, which according to their product feature, saves up to 95% water in mist mode and 66% in spray mode when compared to standard wash-basin mixer taps with a water flow rate of 5.7 l/min.
