Junior 3D designer & Visualiser

Blink is a globally recognized retail and hospitality design agency shaping the next generation of physical and digital shopping experiences. We work with some of the world’s most influential brands—crafting spaces, stories, and strategies that connect people and products in smarter, more inspiring ways.

This isn’t a typical “junior” role. We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious 3D creative—someone who already knows their tools, understands visual storytelling, and wants to take the next leap in their career.

You’ll be part of our core creative team, working alongside senior designers and strategists on high-profile international projects. Your work will directly influence what global retail and hospitality will look like tomorrow—so we expect more than just beautiful visuals. We want someone who can think, craft, and push ideas forward.

• Build photorealistic 3D environments for retail and hospitality — from concept sketches to polished hero renders.
• Shape visual narratives: stills, cinemagraphs, immersive animations, and cinematic case films.
• Work across offline rendering (Sketchup, V-Ray, Corona, etc.) and real-time platforms (Unreal, Unity, Enscape etc.).
• Refine deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Collaborate closely with our designers, strategists, and clients to transform bold ideas into living spaces.

A relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar — or equivalent experience.

• 3D mastery: Skilled in at least one core 3D tool (3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino) + rendering engine (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, etc.)
• Strong eye for lighting, materials, and composition—you care about detail, craft, and storytelling
• Comfort moving fast: from early sketches and rough visuals to high-end, polished deliverables
• Bonus points if you bring motion graphics, video editing, or real-time/VR experience
• Fluent English. Swedish is a plus but not required
